Services

Toronto Commandery Hospice offers individualized services to people with life limiting illness, their families and caregivers. At this time, we offer Grief and Bereavement services. In the future, community services will be expanded to include In-Home Hospice Care and Residential Hospice Care.

Breavement Services

Grieving the death and/or imminent death of a loved one can be one of the most difficult experiences we encounter in our lifetime. It can leave us feeling lost and struggling to navigate the often unexpected emotions that flood our hearts and minds while also taking a toll on our physical bodies. Grief and mourning are normal and natural responses to loss - the need to be
supported during difficult times is also normal and natural. From individual to group support, The Toronto Commandery Hospice offers programs that are inclusive, compassionate, confidential and safe.
