Walking Group Volunteer
Do you enjoy walking? Walking in nature has proven benefits for mental and physical wellbeing. We are looking for caring, compassionate volunteers who are interested in helping to lead and facilitate a social walking group program for individuals who have experienced the death of a special person in their life. The spring walking group will be scheduled at a location in York near Westpark Hospital.

How to get involved:

Complete the register form, letting us know your interested and why!

We will call you to tell you more about program and confirm interest

Once confirmed we will send our volunteer application form

We will require 2 references and a completed police check be complete prior to completion of training on March 8th
Volunteer requirements:

Must virtually attend & complete 12-hour training scheduled
Wed. Feb. 1- Mar. 8 6:30-8:30 p.m. -
Available to volunteer 2-4 hours per week for group April - October
